A little more from All Saints Church...

Had very little time for crafting this week so far - very disappointing ... want/need/crave a bit of hands on creativity rather than having a head overfull with ideas ... much to be getting on with but Real Life has habit of intruding. Thought I'd post some more church photos as I feel they deserve a bit of exposure ....

  1. I know how it is about your every day life getting in the way of your creative life. I work 12 hour shifts and on those days there is no room at all for creativity and I miss it.

  2. I Think sometimes that creativity is 90% of what happens in our head and 10% of doing it!!!

  4. Thank you for the deep acknowledgement about my art in your comment on my blog.

I find it very helpful to write down my ideas so they don't back up in my head. Also makes room for more, tee hee.

  5. I know just what you are talking about...I feel very frustrated when my head is full of ideas and I don't have time to work on any of them! I do what Zom does- I start writing them down, so the inspirations don't disappear in my brain, never to be seen from again! LOL!

  6. beautiful stone work.
I'm very frustrated at the mo - don't like anything I do at the mo & see work & say " I could do that " but can't when it comes to it ...going to try to master the old singer sewing machine to see if that helps.....Off to Parents's eve Jess failed two AS levels & We had to stump up sixty quid for retakes. I'm going to ask them to read the riot act ....I know she doesn't want to go to uni but she did want to be at sixth form college....she always has her nose stuck in a teen Vampire book...I can see a ban coming on ! ( can't be too hard on her as it's lovely to see her reading - she is dyslexic ) Sorry to rant !!
