MY FIRST INCHIES ....

Have been wanting to try to make inchies for a while, but just got around to it today. These are my first attempts. The biggest difficulty I'll have is cutting 1" square pieces of card ... measuring and straight lines ... not my strong point - so if you can ignore the wonky bits ...they might look ok! I was really delighted with them but I fear I've found another addiction x

  1. Well done you! These are fab, I can't believe they're your first attempt. Love the colouring and stamps. I get my 1" square chips (and rinchies and twinchies etc)from ebay, and I also use a 1" square punch which makes life so much easier. You will have found a new addiction from which there is no recovery!

  4. I have always stood back and admired inchies and other tiny piece of art and I am in awe of those who create them with such ease. Your inches are beautiful and it is hard to believe these are your first attempts.
    Wonderful work in miniature.

  5. They are delightful!! Sounds like an investment in a paper cutter might be worthwhile - you can whip out a bunch of perfect inches in no time at all!! Of course that can be dangerous, too, right?!

  6. Superb - lots of detail and great colours. I'm not an inchie fan cos they're too fiddly for me, but I do like to see other people's work :)
