Mannequin & Roses ...

... Sounds like a band name! Sitting at my dining room table I suddenly glimpsed the light falling on these roses and had to dash to capture it. For me, this sums up the perfect sunny late afternoon when the sun is starting to go down and everything is bathed in a rosy glow. In the background is a mannequin which my lovely friend Janet gave me as a gift (she knows me soooo well!) and on the windowsill, tucked away are some driftwood and pebbles we found at the beach on a wet and windy afternoon!
