FAUX CLOISONNE

Lovely day today. This morning I was invited to visit a new blogland friend Alison who lives quite locally to me. She kindly offered to help me with my Melt Pot phobia and we had a fabulous time making Faux Cloisonne. I was so pleased with the results, absolutely delighted to meet Alison and, I learnt so much in the short time that I was with her that I found I had the confidence to come home and try it out myself. My results aren't as good as those we made at Alisons but, with practice I'm hoping to improve! Alisons work is truly fabulous. She's a very talented and creative artist. She can be found at http://craftytrog.wordpress.com/
Thank you Alison, for a great time x

  4. I too have issues with my Melting Pot! It's sitting looking at me, still in its packaging.........laughing at me. Good to hear there's a way out of this mental torment! Love what you've done.
