I AM WILLING BUT UNABLE

I'm having a vintage moment, loving using these blacks and beiges. This ATC appeared outta nowhere in the early hours of this morning. My first chance to try out my new (whispers the word new) Cog stamps and I just love 'em. Altho' an ATC, I like him so much, I'm going to work this one some more and maybe make a book cover using him. I love the saying 'I am willing but unable' .... what a family motto eh? Felt a bit that way myself this morning....having not slept well! (I just noticed that I'd used the dictionary page for the letter 'V' and that I chose to use the motto Volo Non Valeo' - how lucky was that!)

  2. Love the saying as well - think I might have that motto over my desk during the year end procedure over the coming weeks - that way it might deter would be opportunists trying to steal my time LOL

  3. Love the cogs - are they crafty individuals? I was going to say it would make a great card for a man, but then 'I am willing but unable' might not be such a good choice og words - haha.
